Glendale Students were awarded numerous scholarships at this year's C-CAP Awards Ceremony.

Yesterday was the C-CAP Scholarship Awards Ceremony and wow did our kids do great!

Rihanna Jefferson: Was selected as a Top 10 Junior Student and awarded tuition to the Monroe College Culinary Arts Boot Camp valued at approximately $450

Arianna Frank: Received $1,000 from the Carsten Family Funds, $5,000 from the JW Marriott, and $3,000 from Les Dames D'Escoffier. She will be attending NAU in the fall.

Jae'marie Newton: Received $2,000 from the Carsten Family Funds and full tuition to the Culinary Institute of America valued at approximately $135,400. This is one out of only four scholarships awarded nationally.

Christopher Valle: Received $3,000 from the Carsten Family Funds. He will be going to college to become a mechanical engineer.

Carolina Verdugo: Received $1,000 from the Carsten Family Funds, the $1,000 Harvest Moon scholarship, and full tuition to the Culinary Institute of New York at Monroe College valued at approximately $67,392. This is one of only six scholarships awarded nationally.

That’s a total of $219,242 in student scholarships for GHS Students.
