GLENDALE EARNS AN “A”

Glendale High School Earns an “A” Rating
Glendale High School has once again been recognized as an “A” school by the Arizona Department of Education. This rating reflects our overall strength in student learning, academic progress, and preparation for life beyond graduation.
The “A” rating considers a range of factors that together show how well students are learning and growing. For high schools, this includes graduation rates and whether students are on track to meet the requirements for earning their diplomas. It also includes college and career readiness, which looks at how prepared students are for what comes next. This can include completing advanced coursework, earning college credit, participating in Career and Technical Education programs, gaining real-world work experience, and strong performance on college entrance exams.
This achievement is the result of the everyday effort happening in classrooms across our campus. Our students work hard and challenge themselves. Our teachers bring expertise and consistency to their instruction. And our families support learning at home and partner with us in meaningful ways.
At Glendale High School, we are committed to preparing students for college, career, and life. Receiving an “A” rating reaffirms that our students are thriving and that our shared work is making a difference.
We are proud of our students, staff, and families. Thank you for being part of the Glendale High School community.
